RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

First, if you are considering returning or exchanging a product, that means that you purchased from us in the first place. So, we would like to extend to you a sincere THANK YOU!

However, this must also mean that we messed something up along the line or you just so happened to order something different than what you really wanted. We value your loyalty and have decided to make this process as painless as possible. It's (literally) as easy as 1-2-3!

Please review the following guidelines to understand our returns and exchanges policy...

 

RETURNS GUIDELINES:

  • You are able to return any unworn, unwashed item(s) that remain in their original condition to us within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. (refund occurs after item(s) has/have been received and inspected)
  • Please make sure that your item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition before shipping. If we receive your return item(s) and determine that it has been worn, washed, or is not in its original condition, we will not refund or return your purchase.
  • Unfortunately, due to the young nature of the company, we are unable to provide free return shipping at the moment.

 

EXCHANGES GUIDELINES:

  • You are able to exchange any unworn, unwashed item(s) that remain in their original condition for another item(s) of equal or lesser value.
  • Please make sure that your item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition before shipping. If we receive your exchange item(s) and determine that it has been worn, washed, or is not in its original condition, we will not exchange, refund or return your purchase.
  • When filling out the form below, make sure you select an item(s) that are of equal or lesser total value than the one(s) you are returning. If it is not, we will not process your exchange request.
  • If you select an item(s) to be exchanged that are lesser in value than the one(s) you are returning we will not refund you the difference.
  • Unfortunately, due to the young nature of the company, we are unable to provide free return shipping at the moment.

 

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES STEPS:

1. Simply fill out the convenient form below.

 

2. We will email you with a "Go ahead" email after we have determined that your purchase occurred within the past 10 days (This may take 1-3 business days). You may now take your item(s) to the shipping provider of your choice (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.) and ship it to the return address mentioned in your "Go ahead" email.

     

    3. For returns, we will receive your returned item(s), inspect them, and give you a full refund if the item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.  For exchanges, we will receive your returned item(s), inspect them, and exchange your return for the one you want!
